When will I receive my order?

Depending upon item availability, your order will typically ship from our facility within 1-3 days after it has been received and in some cases it will ship the same day it is received. Orders are shipped by First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or UPS/FedEx depending upon the weight and volume of the package. Orders shipped to the 48 states are typically received within3-8 business days after they have been placed. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada are typically received within7-14 business days. Linen and Towel, is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, or replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for an exchange of the same product within 30 days. Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us, while we cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you. If we confirm the item is indeed defective or damaged, we will reimburse all shipping costs. However, if the returned item is found to be in good condition, shipping fees will not be refunded.

Exchanges for Non-Defective Items

If your item is not defective but you wish to exchange it for a different product, we offer a 30-day exchange window. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the original item as well as the shipping charges for the new item.

Returns for Refund (Non-Defective Items)

You may return non-defective items for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund for the product only (excluding shipping fees) to your original method of payment—whether credit/debit card, PayPal, or store credit.

We will make every effort to cancel your order, as long as it has not yet been shipped. Many orders are processed and shipped the same day they are placed.

If your order has already shipped, you may return the items for a refund of the merchandise value once received. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
